How are experience shared?

How are experience shared in a party? Does anybody know the formula?

    No, but it's by level. The higher level will get more than someone a few (or many) levels below them.

    More people in a party means less EXP, too. b:sweat

    Also, the squad seems to be penalized if the level gap between characters is too great. aka, don't grind with someone 20 levels above/below you and expect to get any decent exp.

    partyin is almost always good, but with ppz on similar lvls

    exp is cut by /2 (but u get few +%o exp-bonus i think) but u kill mobs 2x or 3x faster than alone..


    anyway,

    tank+cler = okie, coz u kill mobs faster than alone and dont need to worry bout hp (and at lower lvls cleric is good dd)

    tank+dd = okie, coz u kill mobs even more faster

    dd + dd or dd+cler or cler+cler = still okie, coz u kill mobs before thy hit u or hit badly


    also doin quest with someone -even stranger- is way less borin than alone
