    They say by "Popular Demand" because people are constantly buying it and how to buy it is by paying real money for the gold... so obviously ppl are making PWI money so since PWI is making tons of money off of it.. why not bring it back? We don't want it but I doubt PWI cares what we think cause ppl are going to buy gold and sell gold and sell the gold for like 500k and ppl still buy it... so that means PWI is making tons of money so yea they are not gonna be away from us anytime soon..
