ok im just wondering do you have to be lvl 40 to ride this horse, or is it the lvl of the horse. it says requisite: lvl 40 silver main does that mean i have to be lvl 40 or is it the horses lvl.

sorry if it a stupid qwestion im just misunderstanding it a little.
