Question: Genie Skill: Cloud Eruption and Chi Siphon

Cloud Eruption:
Do you have to have a mob targeted for this genie skill to work? And is the range really only 8 meters?

Chi Siphon:
Is this genie skill only for pvp? Or can you Siphon chi from mobs/bosses?

    i would assume so, since mobs/bosses dont have chi

    You must have a mob selected for cloud eruption.
    I think chi siphon work on both mobs and players.

    you don't need a mob for cloud eruption, not any more atleast.

    We are getting somewhere here. The in-game description of Cloud Eruption at the wheel of earth guy says the range is "self", which prolly means you don't have to be clicked on a mob. And yes, energy cost would be nice to know at lvl 10. We need people who actually have the skills. I would think Chi siphon may work on mobs because the description says draws out chi from a "target", and doesn't specifically say "player".

    Cloud Eruption doesnt need a target to cast.

    Chi Siphon works on any target (mob / player / npc) outside safezone, except your squad members. U always get the amount of chi on the description (2 sparks at lv10), no matter ur target has chi or not.

    Wow, 2 sparks at lvl10. But I went ahead and got Cloud Eruption.

    At lvl 1 you gain 1 spark + 3 chi + 1 more chi for every 2 str points. Costs 130 energy and 500 stamina.

    Each lvl increase gives you 3 more chi, no stamina increase, but costs 4 aditional energy.

    And the cast is a self cast. (does not require a target) I am very happy with it :)
