Just wondering which class you guys think would win using these conditions:

1: Fight is 1 on 1
2: Charms do not work
3: No buffs/debuffs have any effect at all.
4: Ganking does not work
5: Pet flesh ream does proper pvp damage
I am a barb that does not powerlevel, nor cash shop. I may not be the highest level, nor have the best gear. However unlike others, I know how to play.b:pleased

    I voted for bm even though I'm a bm >.>

    but probably bm or archer will win since there's no charm

    wait wtf... buffs and debuffs don't work?... in that case venos just need to run around while their pets hit since they don't get stunned or slowed

    I'm sayin archer due to their range, mix of phys/magic attacks, and their stuns/immobilizations + slow, and LA. I'm thinking wiz or possibly barb would come in close second.
    It's too bad but "free to play, pay to win"-sckye

    These "updates" are seeming more and more like downgrades.

    veno because of bramble's 90% damage reduction and their ability to do magic and phys damage...
    followed by wiz (assuming this is one of those full-spark duels that prove nothing in real pvp and not fighting inside a cave where the feet are stuck to the ground)

    A veno obviously... only class that can attack while moving. Just fly away and attack with pet till they are dead. If they attack pet either heal the pet or kill them. Derp.

    OP said buffs/debuffs do not work. No stuns, no immobilization, etc. No bramble either since that's a buff.

    I would add, pets do not work, spells do not work, and no gear or weapon.

    That would make it far more realistic
    Too often we loose sight of life's simple pleasures. Remember, when someone annoys you, it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown, BUT, it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and slap that mother#$@%#^! upside the head.

    so if it was just weapons vs weapons, and build vs build it would probably end up around the same on a smaller scale. Each class has its advantages but in different ways...venos would be terrible tho with no pets.

    All the way Cleric, Want 2 know why?

    1. Healing- Even if they cant buff theirselves, they have healing, so they could easily heal until the damage is outputted by the heals
    2. Plume Shell- THe automatic Physical damage char killer. So they do WAY less damage and they could easily kill them if it was 1v1, usually
    3. Plume shot- The Mage killer. Just spam this skill and the mage is dead..period.
    4. Sleep- MUHAHAHA even if they do get close 2 dieing, Sleep target, heal till u feel good enough 2 fight again, and take him out.

    SO Cleric, even tho im an archer XD

    On topic, in the current situation, I'd say it really depends on which class VS which class. But something tells me it'd be an elf of some sort on the top of the pile.

    Archers can't use range attacks without a weapon...

    Barbs win. Too much natural HP to cut down if there are no buffs or debuffs in play. Especially if their armors are refined heavily.

    Venos can't win, because once their pets are dead, they can't run (since Summer Sprint is a buff and Lucky Scarab is a debuff) so they won't be able to revive their pet(s).

    yea ive met awesome venos.

    im just saying venos advantage are their pets, without them it would greatly affect usefullness.

    Oh, I agree. Pets are our advantages. But saying we're terrible without them is a slap in the face to most of us Venos who can fight without them. We're limited, yes, but by no means helpless. I killed my last foe by purging his Double Spark, which also took off all his buffs, followed by Amping him, and then using a single spark combined with my high attack speed in Fox Form.

    i believe that without pets venos are your average fighter

    its also true that archer would kick but if it was a no armor fightb:victory

    1v1 and no charm Archer would win, especially if Barbs/BMs couldnt stun

    And how would archers get distance to kite if debuffs and buffs were out of the picture?

    And without pets, venomancers are less than an average fight. They do about only 50% of what a wizard or a cleric can do by themselves in caster form. Their only pure down in this scenario would be losing their debuffs and buffs. A venomancer's greatest advantage is their pure skill tree to debuff its target, NOT their pets.

    archer would if built properly, they can use mag attacks for HA and they have powerful phy attack damage.
    probably one of the smartest in perfect world
    yet the lowest of level

    Anyways, I think you are asking which class can dish out enough damage to kill another class faster than that class can return its damage. But of course, different characters with the same class are not equivalent.

    So we have a mage casting sage black ice dragon strike and a barbarian using perdition and the mage cancelling and using distance shrink and... oh, wait, was distance shrink a buff?

    Anything that puts an icon on your character window is a buff/debuff. If there is no icon then there its usable in this scenario.

    1 on 1 fight without heals, charms, buffs/debuffs, armor/weapon/accessories goes to archer (Evasion suddenly becoming useful) and barb (giant wall of HP).

    Venos would be crippled, not because of pet problems, but because fox form is, in essence, a buff of sorts... and an ungeared veno in human form will go squish regardless of build. Same with wiz and cleric, really.

    So basically, it'd be archer>barb>BM>casters


    Allow just weapon though and... well... things would change instantly.
