I don't know the rules about harassment, but I'd get some high level friends who'd come harass them back while you finish your quests. b:victory

that is one thing I never really understood about some people in a PvP server. If you kill someone that doesn't fight back...

Let them be and find someone else to kill.

If however they fight back have fun with them.

Camping lower lvls is acutally a violation of the ToS in a few sections in my opinion:

11 User Conduct
(f) "Stalk," threaten or otherwise harass or cause discomfort to another;
(n) Take any action that disrupts the Service or that negatively affects or may prohibit other users from enjoying the Website, the Games or any other aspect of the Service.

Technically these apply to both in game and on the forums.

Not to mention the fact that killing people 30 lvls lower than you is really no accomplishment and only high lvl noobs take pride in it.

Anyone who gets laughs at the expense of others needs to die. IRL...

go to areas that people of your lvl grind in and pk there. But i bet you have tried that and got killed didn't you.

Here is the first part of my third reply to Drunkwizard: I'm sorry that i insulted you in my first reply and i did not know about the TOS and harassment in the game. Sorry about all of that. I just have 1 question to ask you and here is my question: why did you choose a pvp server when you started to play this game? I know people have the freedom to choose whatever server they want to play in, but if you knew that you are going to get killed over and over again by the pkers in a pvp server, then why did you choose it? um its looks like from those images and screenshots that you wanted to get pked by that person (or any other in hidden orchid...) because the alternative is just to embarrassing for you......

After walking out of sz once and getting killed once by a pker why would you do exactly the same thing again like 3 or 4 times? You just walked out there and stood there, also if u really didn't wanna get pked u could have just flown away.

I do agree that the constant pking of one player by another (griefing) is wrong, especially if they are much lower lvl. But you don't really get any sympathy for doing something that dumb. That person who was pking you would have probably tried to kill anyone that walked out of sz that they could, only u made it easy for them.

Remember, folks, the videos were AFTER the screenies, so the OP may have tried to actively avoid it at first and then gave up and stood still for while it was recording (though I do agree that they should have shown some effort to try and get away to do quests there in the video)

Considering OP's level, pretty sure they should still have quests in that area, and if that person kept PKing the instant OP left safe zone, that's greifing. Once or twice is fine. Randomly passing buy a few times and killing, then moving on or even trying to kill over a mat spawn, sure. But basically parking at edge of SZ and murdering the random lowbie trying to leave? Nah.

Hidden Orchid is a well known PK hotzone.
I would also like to point out that in the screenshots and videos you are talking to your friends saying, "3 times, now trying for a fourth". In your videos you walk out into the area where all the PKers are standing and u stay there for about 3 seconds before actually getting killed.


I don't think that if you tried to walk around the PKers this would have continued to happen. You continually just walk right out into the area where they are fighting. They aren't talking to you, verbally assaulting you, or anything.

On one of the screenshots the OPs is in a PM with another person and she asks that other person if they want her to walk out of SF again.

In another screenshot it shows the OP stating in a PM to someone else that she killed the person that is "harrassing". As GMs already stated, as soon as you get involved in PKing as well, or attacking the other player, than you are fair game.

We have no way to know the order of the screenshots, so how do we know that the OP was not the one that killed the "pker" first? Also, according to the numbers on the images, if you assume that the OP did not change them, and that they are sequential, it seems the OP was actively involved in PVP, since the screenshot where the OP claims to have killed the other player is a mid range number in the series.

That to me smells of setup. Not in a single screenshot it shows the OP asking the PKer to stop, it only shows the OP standing next to a PKers and it shows the PKers attacking other people as well, so how do we know the OP did not get killed by a AOE while standing around?

It is very easy to setup screenshot to frame someone.

On a side note, it is against the forum rules to post other person's names in cases that require GM assistance. Seems ironic that the OP spent the time reading the TOS regarding harrassement but it skipped the portion that refers to forum rules, and comes in here and violates the rules.

You know I just bothered watching the videos.. You deserved being pked >9000 times.. You walk out with less than half HP every time, and you STAND THERE waiting for them to kill you.
