+5 Dex or +5 HP regenerate

Which would you choose?

+4~5 Dex, +4~5 Mag, +342 wood resist & +230MP helm

or

+5 HP Regeneration, +600 metal resist & +210MP helm?

Both have 2 sockets by the way.

    Id say go with the dex/vit one.

    +4~5 Dex & +2 Vit helm

    or

    +5 Regeneration & +450 metal resist helm?

    dex and vit helm if you are a glass canon

    regen and metal resist if getting hit isn't a problem

    I'd go with regen...
    You need something like 30 vitality points to get +5 hp regen.
    Maybe socket the +regen helm with phys attack shards?

    Think i'l go for the Dex & Vit since this regen & metal helm dont really help as much... <---- i tried using it for grinding....

    why in the world do we need some paltry regen...its reduced in combat to like 25%...so we gain an extra 1.25 hp? i rather use pots plus charm to cover that 1.25 hp...or use an apoth pot which gives like 10 minutes of 50 hp regen or 100 hp/mp regen...much better then choosing regen over 4-5 dex (which gives evasion/acc/dmg/crit% inc)

    The only time I ever found anything useful that had +hp/mp recovery on it was when I had a +2mp recovery helm back when I used my level 1 wings. Minute I got rid of my CS wings I trashed the helm.

    the 600 metal deffense seems tepting but EA goes for max attack, go with the dex helm.
    So the Dead guy says "LOL you fail, you didnt even one shot me"
    Nuf said.

    +7 on plate and +5 on boots.
    i find it really useful when grinding. cause you hardly need to use pots.
    just wait a minute and your health is back to full.

    +7 on plate and +5 on boots.
    i find it really useful when grinding. cause you hardly need to use pots.
    just wait a minute and your health is back to full.

    At that level with a TT60 unrefined xbow pure dex build, you can kill nightstalkers above dreaming cloud without getting hit pretty much most of the time. This makes the recovery largely useless.

    Unless you can't kill the mob before it reaches you, the dex is better like I initially suggested.

    (frost, normal, normal, knockback, normal until dead)

    and melee mobs dont have a chance to get to me.
    but ranged mobs can get a hit or two in.
    but because i got good regen i dont need to use winged shell, because by the time ive got to the next one ive already got my health up to a significant level

    The fact that you are even taking damage is hilarious.

    Regen on an Archer is silly. It works like this, IMO: Archers are DDs. Deal more damage, with high accuracy, and powerful skills, and you won't NEED to worry about taking damage.

    I'm level 72, and I have NEVER once throughout my time as an Archer, bought potions- ever. I get them all on drops, or lucky packs. Any archer taking enough damage that they need to have either high regen/recovery or use a ton of pots to grind needs to re-evaluate their build, IMHO.

    And WS is good for more than reducing damage- it decreases the need for using MP pots, because it regens more than it costs. Most Archers that I know that actually use the skill, use it after foes die.
