Evasion is broken(in bad way)

ehh, wats the point of having soo much evasion if MAGGIC NEVER MISSES, and BM/WB STILL HIT ME.
on a side note, WTB>23 silver dragon orders T.T
So the Dead guy says "LOL you fail, you didnt even one shot me"

    Magic never misses, QQ more. You can kill most of the magic classes easily anyways, so whats the point? Arcane armor is 1-3 shots for most archers.
    Evasion is not meant to be an archers defence. Learn to kite and interupt. shard HP in your armor and refine it when you get to level that matters.

    Initial hamster calculations indicate you has a:
    30%-60% to rage quit within 2 years.
    40%-60% to reroll to a different character.
    and a roughly 80+% chance to reach an epiphany that you are doing something wrong.

    There are equips for increasing accuracy, you know. Shards and stuff. b:surrender Barbs also have a skill that decreases the opponents evasion. QQ more?

    where do you get "robies are 1-3 shots" at 9x? a lot of arcanes i know have something like 7k-9k pdef now.

    Evasion in this game is trash, its really pointless for any form of pvp, its something that developers made up so that archers would have some sort of selfbuff.

    Actually i think both accuracy and evasion is broken. Its so random with hit/ miss i often think players evasion/accuracy doesn't matter. Its like drops in Fbs...some lucky dude always gets everything. I have 6900 accuracy and i miss like 10-20% in pvp on arcane users. But a full vita barb with **** accuracy using ToP + Armageddon never fking miss me.

    i'd really like to know how accuracy and evasion factors into actual hit rate and dodge rate

    like...the elemental and physical defenses are pretty straightforward, there is a % of damage reduced indicated at the character info screen, but acc and evade is like o.o

    It's simple really. Just ask yourself this.

    For evasion: If the incoming attack connects, are you screwed? Are you buffed? Do you have a chance of survival as long as the next attack misses?

    If you answer, "Yes," to any of the above questions, your evasion is not high enough and the incoming attack will connect. Accuracy works in the same manner: the greater your need to successfully hit is, the lower your chance of actually hitting.

    Yeah Evasion doesnt work properly in the game. I use the archer 79 skill all the time. I get about 28k evasion out of it and i have barbs and bms zerz critting on me and actually hitting. Wassup with that?
