Someone intentionally blurred it?

Some people have weird symbols in their nix's name, causing the damage log to be displayed weird like that (I've seen green text in my damage log before as well). It also happens when the veno dies and the pet continues dealing a few more hits of damage. Also occurs to me sometimes when I get tele'd to a different location (i.e. in HH) while being attacked and the damage lags.
