Archer or Blademaster?

Well guys im currently level 20 on my archer and liking it but i feel like theres something missing. I always play melee in other rpgs but wanted to try something different. I like the look of the blademaster class maybe becuase ive got a 80 rogue on Wow if any knows that game.

Just a few questions. Do they kill fast like an archer while leveling up?
Also how fun are they while leveling and are they needed at higher level?

    just go with blademaster or barbarian, smash the noob outta those long range cheap **** class, lol im lvl 60 warrior in wow.

    I'm a venomancer so while I cannot explain actually playing the class I can attempt to fill you in on how I have noticed their PvP styles to be.

    Archer attempts to fight from long range and is devastating to magic users, being one of the classes for them to watch out for. Recently I have switched to heavy armor veno and was informed archer has a magic attack of some kind, I have not confirmed this however and would appreciate anyone able to confirm or deny it.

    Blademaster if they are able to get you within range can lock you up using a series of stuns so it would seem they rely on chaining their skills together.

    I apologize I am not able to give more information than that however as I lack playing time in both classes that is the best information I can give. If you'd like to look up their skills I can suggest http://www.ecatomb.net/skillpwi.php as a very handy database for all of the classes.

    Archer - better damage but requires distance. Stronger Skills. Cant tank as well but i find it is a decent tank. Considered one of the best pvp classes. Considered to have the best dps due to crit hits.

    BM - Average Damage, but a pretty good tank (only has one agro skill though). Can Aoe grind well at 6x. Fastest lvler past 60. Stuns very well. Has a self heal at lvl 29 but will never match the heal of a cleric

    Pretty much pick the class thats right for you. No one class is better. If you like getting up close and bashing away till they're dead then bm or barb is for you. With bm and barb you do take hits though. Archer you have to like killing from a distance and doing huge damage while being a bit squishy. There are trade offs to both

    Archer has 3 useful magic attacks. Thunder Shock which lowers metal resistance by 50% for 15 seconds at lvl 10. Thunderous Blast which has a long cast but does pretty good aoe metal damage. And lightning strike which is a fast cast and does good damage to a single target. Most Archers use Thunder shock first followed by Lighting strike for very high hits. Archer is a class that has attacks that hurt all classes very well. Due to the cooldown time an archer can keep Metal skills being attacked constantly so it does hurt heavy armours. And of course Archers have very strong physical attacks and usually just attack with the regular shots

    Actually archers have a whole chain of magic attacks for close range. Lightning shock, thunder strike, aoe lightning attack. My main is an archer and you can take heavies out fairly easily.

    and to OP if you just want to deal damage really fast go archer =]
