Quickest way to earn a genie?

What is the quickest way to earn a genie? I messed up mine so I decomposed it, and I want to buy a new one :)

    get a few 9 of each celestone to make 3 mirage celestones.
    then go to the watcher of earth and manufacture 1

    Make an alt, get a new genie, make it tradeable, send it to your main
    9 out of 10 voices in my head say I'm not crazy... the 10th is singing the music of tetris
