With cash shop wings can you improve hasten

I was thinking of getting Hexawings, however they're not the best ones you can get which is phoenix's embrace which has a hasten speed of 5.0, where Hexawings have 4.5, I know you can upgrade the normal speed of the Hexawings to 3 which is the maximum, but I didn't know know if I can max it's hasten speed too. I like the look of Hexawings better then phoenix's embrace, however phoenix's embrace is more faster. Any help is appreciated.

    rly, what are hexawings? never saw the name.

    anyway, as far as I know the hasted speed increases too, but I'm not completely sure about that.

    I'm guessing that the "hexawings" are what we call seraphic mist (a meaning of hex is, after all, six). And according to my friend's hellfire drake, the hasted speed is increased after using wind widgets.

    I just bought phoenix's embrace just cause they're fast but I really like the see through bone-looking wings (I think they're the hex ones...). I'm not really sure why wings show two speeds, "Normal" and "Hasted"...Does this mean I can kick it into 2nd gear or something by clicking a certain button?? Please advise, any input would greatly be appreciated.
