spark around weapon hilt

i was wondering i saw a couple of people running around with their tt weapon and legendary weapon and there those with green and red spark around their hand like the calamity blood axe . and i saw tt60 axe with same thing but there normally no glowing thing around the hilt of those axe could it be because of the attribute like bersek weapon or other stats ????.

    Flawless or higher gems give an effect around the right hand of the character

    Alternatively, a Wizard might have cast Frostblade on them. What color was the effect?

    Not just wizards, if it was an archer they might have red glowing as well. Depends on the class. But if it was sparkly instead of glowing likely it was a flawless shard.

    I have a flawless sapphire in my TT wand but no sparkly. Hmmm....

    you need 2 flawless in the weapon to get the glow effect.

    4 in armor for it.

    I got 2 Flawless Phys+ Shards in my TT60 Xbow, and then have a funky red flashing thing going on.
    with all my glowing armour and Blazing arrow, i just look like a big Red and Purple LightBulb

    Ummm...I have armor (boots actually) with 3 average citrines, and I get the purple glow...maybe your information is off?

    They're talking about sparkles, not glow. 4x immacs = a bigger/better glow/effect.

    Actually, he specifically said in his post that you needed 2 flawless in a weapon to get the glow effect, not sparkles...I can only assume that he meant the same for the armor.
