Cuddly Pup Spawn

Alright, I did a search on the forums but found no info on this. I was camping a cuddly pup spawn location, 299 764 earlier today. I had the correct time, peeps were crowding the tabby, and a friend told me there was a lot of people at the other pup location. Now, this particular spot I had never camped before, so a first time for me. I get there early, find nobody else there. Nobody else appears for the next 35 minutes, still no spawn. Other rares by this time have come and gone, but this particular spawn never appeared. Now, I am very curious. It is unusual for a rare location to only have 1 veno, unless it is the frogling or the snow hare, so why was I the only one there?
Is this location glitched or something so that the pup does not spawn there?

    It could be.......

    1. No one try to tame that rare pet as same day like u . really weird
    2. Rare has been already tamed, then u arrived late
    3. Wrong respawn coordenates
    4. Wrong respawn time, around 4-5h after the server back online
    5. No one was there when the pet respawn and no one tamed it

    Ty for the fast response. :)

    I know that I arrived early, the pup in the other location had still not spawned. And the tabby was being camped still as I flew over it on my way to the pup. The coordinates I got off Ecatomb.net, but I decided to double check and got the same ones off the PWI database.
    So I had the right time, right location. Unless some of the rares spawn at diff times after maint. Like some spawn 4 hours after and others 5?

    Is an estimated time between 4 or 5 hours or maybe more late then after the server maintennance u must camp and get the correct respawn time.

    You sure the other spawn sites had venos? And this was the corect spawn time? Because, I keep hearing about the server being reset, which means messed up spawn times.

    Absolutely positive. I had a friend waiting at the other pup spawn site, she missed the tame but was there at the spawn. And like I said as I flew past Lunar Lake I about 6 or 7 dots waiting by the tabby spawn, 30 seconds later I was at the pup spawn. Another friend was at the Kowlin site and it spawned close to the same time. I don't think I could have missed it. What's more, it seems that some high lvl professional tamers (the ones who tame excusively to sell, pimped out with -33-40% channeling gear), are unaware of this spawn site.

    Well... doesnt that mean it doesnt spawn there, or it was left running around for a while, messing up spawn times.

    299 764 location is verified... it does spawn there.

    what other location does puppy spawn?

    other than that, you will only need to be there after maintanence to verify it.

    one explanation is nobody was there to tame the puppy so it doesnt spawn the same time as other pets. puppy could have left running and mess up spawn times like they said.

    I hung around randomly at the cuddly pup spot.. 2 veno's were waiting at another spot not far, of which the coords were given on a forum by someone so were wrong. Anyway.. i hung out at the correct spot, didnt bother working out the times i just got lucky... no other veno was there.. suddenly the pup ran towards me, so i used my low level pet to hold him whilst i tamed ^^ i got him first try

    My first ever RARE 12hr respawn pet... funny because literally 20mins previous i had caught my first Snow Hare.. (id bought my own ages ago).. and hence why id wanted 2 try an actual rare one..
