Read the guides.Too often we loose sight of life's simple pleasures. Remember, when someone annoys you, it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown, BUT, it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and slap that mother#$@%#^! upside the head.0 -

Well, read the guides again, they are very streight forward. Unless english is not your main language, at which point it may be an issue.
Venos are very flexible, therefore there are 3 possible main builds, and about a dozen sub-builds. You need to decide what you are looking for, than build for it.
So we would at least need to know what you plan to do with your veno.Too often we loose sight of life's simple pleasures. Remember, when someone annoys you, it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown, BUT, it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and slap that mother#$@%#^! upside the head.0 -

Heya,
I have to agree with the OP. When I read the guides, it was very unclear to me what the 'basic common' Veno build would be. Like, with archers, most players go with a 'light-armor' build (1 str, 3 dex) and the only remaining decision is where to put the extra point (dex or vit). For barbarians, you obviously want 3 str per level and the only question is how much dex or vit. With Veno's, it seemed much more confusing.
What is the general expectation for veno's regarding str/mag/vit/dex? Do the vast majority of veno's wear light armor or the arcane/silk/cloth stuff?
Thanks.0 -

Read the guides...... There is no expected anything. Venos builds are arcane or light or Heavy, than you have to choose if you adding vita or not, etc.
You have to choose what you want to do when your veno grows up. You can be a Heavy Veno, or a Heavy/Arcane veno, or a light veno, or a pure Arcane veno or a Vita/Arcane veno, or dex/arcane veno, or dex/heavy veno, etc. The guides do explain the cons and pros of each of the main 4-5 builds, however, you have to choose a build that matches your playing style.
Venos are not easy, like most people think. Every other class as one or two viable end-game builds, while venos have dozens.Too often we loose sight of life's simple pleasures. The most common venomancer is the arcane/vit build. :<
Easiest to build, easy money, most magic attack, easy pet tanking, cruisy for beginners.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

OP, use this build: (7mag, 2vit, 1str) every two levels
even levels: 4mag, 1vit
odd levels: 3mag, 1vit, 1str
equip arcane armor and use staff/magic sword/pataka/glaive weaponsHeya,

agreed. light armor veno build is actually 3 mag, 1 str, 1 dex per lvl.
Str and dex is "your lvl + 4", but that just equates to 1 str or 1 dex[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
