Help Please

ok , i have 3 problems
1. 'coz english is not my mother language there r some abbreviations that the players use in the game and i dont understand, i would like to know what TT , VD, BH, BM, WTS, RB GAMMA, LF , FB means.
2. i am having really hard time with the Worries of the Banker quest. The very first thing i had to do is to collect some mystical meat and stuff , so i did it and the quest says that i have to delivery those stuff to the Banker Hen Shao in the Thousand Streams. I went there twice , was looking for that guy like crazy , couldn't find him. The quest lead me next to a huge gate and there is nothing , i mean they guy im looking for is not there. Somebody told me to do not go inside , but anyway even i wanna go inside i cant. However , please tell me where and how to complete this quest.?
and 3. To complete the whole Banker's quest i also need to find Inv. Extension Stone, Wardrobe Stone and the Cipboar Stone , i really dont understand where to look for those stones or how to find them ...
Please help me , i am 28 lvl and its really hard to find quests b:sad

    TT = Twilight Temple. Dungeon where drop mats for nice weapon/armor/ornaments. You will not enter there before your 60s and prolly 70s.
    VD = idk lol
    BH = Bounty Hunter. Daily quest you will start to get at 40.
    BM = BladeMaster
    WTS = Want to Sell
    RB GAMMA = Rebirth Gamma, lvl 71+ instance
    LF = Looking For
    FB = dungeons, where call to duty quests take places.

    Well, i think i jut reached him autopathing. If you can't, go in 1k stram and open your coordinate assistant (it is the small icon with an arrow on on the down-right of the minimap), look for that NPC in the list and select him. It will be shown on the minimap.

    Those are cashshopping items. Buy them with real money through boutique. By the way, those quest don't give any exp, do them (and use real money) only if you need more space in inventory or pther rewards u can get.
