Be able to unequip genie gear

The introduction of Warsong city added a way to accumulate genie gear using warsong emblems. Just like tomes this gear can be combined into higher and higher grade.

Unfortunately the gear behaves more like gem shards in that once they are equipped they cannot be unequipped and must be destroyed to be replaced.

Unlike shards emblems only drop in the grade 1 variants. This discourages people from using genie gear at all since they have to save up the warsong emblems if they are going for the highest grade gear.

Why not treat genie gear like tomes? Equip it now and know that you can use it to make a higher grade later. The current system just adds an annoyance to an underused feature of the game making it even less used.
