Why can't they give the newbies a chance to try RB gamma?

Hi guys. I'm sad at the fact that i have never done RB b4. Looking at my lvl, i really should have done at least 1. But i always face this problem with people saying, "EXP Archer wanted for RB gamma". How the hell am i gona be experience if every1 keep saying that? If that kind of squad keeps goin on, a newbie will always be a newbie. One day Rb gamma will die off

I was thinking is it possible for every squad to have at least 1 newbie so people can learn.. That newbie will be experience the next time than.

I haven't RB'd either and look at my level relative to yours.

In regards to getting one, there could be a couple of ways.

Get in a guild and try start a squad with other non experienced RB gamma runners. Sadly, you're only going to be taken by other inexp runners or your guild.

Secondly, you can lie and say you are and cover your inexperience watching some RB videos and learning your class (not an insult).

In all fairness, I've been in several squad who helped trained newbies. While sometimes gratifying, it's always annoying when you come across those who refuse to listen to instructions. That, and gold prices (and thus charms) sure aren't helping any.

You know something that can work? Stop being lazy and make a squad yourself. From what i understood from your post, you're just waiting for some random WC squad to carry you on their backs. Thats not gonna happen. Players spend alot of money to build a strong RB team. Like someone already mentioned above, the worst thing is when you take the time to gather a squad, go in there and fail because someone didnt have the necessary gear or doesnt know what to do cuz he didnt listen to others.

So, 2 things you can do:
A - Start your own squad. See which friends/guildmates are up for it and fill with random players from world chat.
B - Read some RB guides in here to get a ballpark idea of what goes on, buy whatever is needed (charms, skills, maybe a genie with X and Y skills, apot pots) and tell ppl you're experienced. The archer role isnt that hard in RB, but you do need to know whats going on.

Keep in mind RB is time consuming and expensive if things go wrong (good squads actually profit from the event). Unless you want people screaming at you, i suggest you read a guide thoroughly.

I'll do that. Yes i try build a squad. I read everything that i found even watch the videos. But like u say, the lost will be expensive. Lets see where this goes. And do you think we can survive the whole run?
Have you ever heard of a squad full of newbies completed it before?
By the way, if they were to carry me on their back for just once. Isn't that enough for me to learn everything at the time? After all, like u say archers dn't really have alot to do in the squad.
Being experience atleast i can prepare on what to expect when i know my squad is inexperience.
I really appreciate your answers so pls dnt think i am angry. Say what you think can help me. I'll try my best to learn and understand. :)

Well, when it was first introduced, everyone was a newbie. A bunch of newbies HAD to have completed it first. I don't know why people don't realize that. So I like to say to all those "experienced" players that fail it, you just got beat by a bunch of newbies. b:chuckle

Well, technically speaking, you could fail it repeatedly and thus get experienced in the other parts. From there, by swapping members, you would spread this "experience" until you would be able to complete it, at which point you would be "experienced", this same repeating with the replaced members, therefore creating "experienced" players from countless failures.

Oh well, I'm way too busy angsting about the costs to actually participate than finding a group. 1.6-2+ million coins is a bit much.
If you disregard what I say because of who I am or because of the contents of what I said, you are a fool.

the best teams is going to pick the best archers unless friendship comes in to questions. so if you're not up there, you gotta settle for a lesser squad, instead of expecting others to carry you around.
    1. If I kill you; do something about it yourself, don't go complaining to my wife.
    2. If you have less kill counts then me, don't expect me to take pk advice from you.

I did my first RB gamma run at level 77. It was with a few people I already knew. The first time you do it I recommend you bring a charm. Since your an archer after that you should have no problem doing it uncharmed. Gamma really isn't that complicated once you do it like once. 95% of the time it's just.

Best way to get experience to rebirth.

Either start your own squad or join a "noob-squad". You dont really need to finish anything, just get inside, kill as far as you can. This really helps. Getting a few friends to get some inexperienced squads allows you to get the hang of a real rebirth. Nearly everyone would be inexperienced in the squad, so messing up wont be such a big deal. Then, when you actually level up some more (say 77ish) you should be able to join a lot more squads and not look like a complete noob. Get a decent weapon/charm/BoA and read the damned guide. Dont expect experienced players to just let you join while you know nothing.

PS. Sanctuary gamma runs = ALL (meaning 99.99%) of em are rainbow squads. Target the eye, and go half afk.

You basically just repeated what you said on your first post. You want others to carry you on their backs so you can win without doing any effort or lose money on failed attempts.

If i heard of 'full newb' squad to complete? Yes i have. Me and my friends for instance. A while ago i wanted to try out this game feature and nobody on my faction had before and nobody on world chat had room for a random archer. So i pulled friends/guildmates, called others in WC when we lacked manpower, did a few attempts and soon afterwards it became a joke winning. Now we have the knowledge to pass it on to the 'younger' members in our faction.
See how that turned out? You dont have to be in a pro squad to learn how to RB. Not only did we learn, but now we teach our lower lvs to do it.

Complaining on forum about how nobody takes random first timers wont help you in anything. Take action.

Don't get me wrong here. Of course i will put effort in the squad. Y would i spend on buying thos charms and pots and upgrade my genie skills to fit RB.
I just feel that 1 full run with exp players will giv me the exp i need to do my own gamma the next time. You are saying as if i just wana tag along the run without doing any good for the squad. I'm not the kind of person who would do that to people.

I got my first rebirth run on a delta with an experienced squad that knew I had never done it before. I was just a random person to them and they didn't kick me out, they told me what to do and I did it. We finished the run easily and now I know what to do in there.

Not everyone will refuse people who have never done it.

I've taught every single class in rb their duty (except archer because... ^^ that was my position) and i've played as 3 types of positions, (Archer, cleric, and cleric filling in veno) Also 99% of squads ARE rainbow sadly :\ there are some nice ones like Double BM and my personally favorite one I did was double archer and double cleric

I started my first rb at level 82, pretending to be exp though.. i managed to survive it without slipping ^^ (besides thinking i had to tank stage 2 >.>)

at your level you need connections to get in. By 77-78 majority will take you but some will reject. (your class more often than not compared to like wizzies and barbs) By 80 anyone will take you.

Also some just dont want to deal with idoits.. prob who you are running into. Or people who don't realize lower levels can complete gamma too.
Navarre was your everyday veno, until she learned her true form. Now she's fox walloping and purging over and over again.. all for a deep stinging, head hunting, wind pushing Assassin. Will there be inner harmony and myriad rainbows? But of course! Yuri&Lemon Find it on Fanfiction XD "Discovering Sanctuary" Chapter 2 is up ^_^

After reading over and over again on the help and tips on gamma.
I think i need like a step by step plan. Or something i can quick refer while i'm doing the RB. You guys know where i can get it?
I try making notes out off the help lol.. But i got confuse on what to do first or who to do what first.

find some non **** barb who's a tank not a: i smash smash with xs and lv 1 tank skills and can't hold aggro from a lv 50 type barb.

make your own group, 1 barb, 1 BM, 1 cleric, 3 DDs, wiz generally better then archer. wiz should have lv8+ DB, archers lv5+ barrage, BM lv 5+ dragon and barb 10k+ hp.

bring someone who knows how to do quests for your bean farming it's really ez just helps to have done it once and you don't have to farm beans during waves, if you do don't send more then 1 person, farm most your beans during bosses.

make sure someone keeps a timer for bosses gotta kill em in under 15mins but wanna cut it close to give yourself max time to farm beans.

i started gamma at 75, 1 run with a group who had some experience but they couldn't beat the double wave, then after made my own groups with pplz who had no experience we were able to get to the double wave most the time pretty easily but often had problems with DD or the cleric dying while the barb was trying to get aggro, FIND A NEW BARB, when we were just nearing 80 and had run gv a bunch and were getting tired of wiping on the double wave and have pplz rdmly die on other waves, we found a 76 barb who held the aggro the whole time noone ever died b4 him(cept mebbe a wiz on double wave for the first couple runs)
and that lead to my first gv clear with a new barb who had never done it b4 and we farmed it from there on and it becamequite ez even b4 we were 80.

required aura set up: lv 1 chi, mana, attack after the first boss(lv 2 mana for cheapass archers who don't got charms),
lv 1 hp after 2nd boss(your barb will love you for getting hp early cuz with it his charm shouldn't tick)
lv 1 defense after 3rd boss(4th boss has physical aoe and this aura avoids charm ticks for everyone)
LEVEL 5 HP HEALTH AURA, lv 4 attack after 5th boss in prep for double wave.
unlike most pplz who say attack is better it's not, you can't DD if you're dead and hp aura is a lot better to max cuz it always increases by 300/sec, attack is 100% for first lvl then 30% for additional lvls.

it all comes down to can your barb hold aggro and can you kill stuff fast enough, 3 DDs is plenty of DD so all you need is a good barb, there's also no fixed way to run gv adapt for your group this set up just gives a lot of room for mistakes and was the first setup i used to beat gv with a lv 77ish group with mostly +1,+2 gear.

and to the flamers i know all beans can be farmed by the second boss i know you can get lv 5 attack by the 3rd or 4th boss and i also know you didn't do that with a mid 7x unexperiences group who didn't cashshop so kindly stfu about experienced and/or cashshop player farm runs this is to help pplz learn gv.

I was thinking is it possible for every squad to have at least 1 newbie so people can learn.. That newbie will be experience the next time than.

    Back when I was 85, I used to do 2-3rebirths a day n make tons n tons $.
the problem with been new, is that if ya fail after 3rd Or 4th wave, it is annoying to start all over again.

I used to run 3archers on my teams, but any team can beat Rb.
If ya really wanna do it, ask a few people in yar lv, read guides n watch videos. If yar guild has lv80s, im sure u can ask them to join at least one.

U gotta lv yar barrage to 6-7 n refine weapon +3, also have tree of protection or absolute domain. But 70s doin Rb is really leeching, it be easier if ya wait for 80s
