Avatar/Underwater Baldness/Friend List/Guild Glitch

Yeah...I've got several glitches or bugs I need help with please, if anyone knows anyway to fix them. Maybe you share these glitches, bugs, whatever they are. If so, I hope someone who knows how to help posts here so we can see how to fix it. b:surrender

First, the "Edit Your Avatar" Option on the forums still shows characters I deleted last year, and one that I don't ever remember creating. It repeated a character twice, one with the correct lvl, one with a lvl 12 lvls higher than it actually is, but both with the same name. Some of the characters I actually do have now don't show up, either. Im not sure how to fix it. I chose the correct character, the lvl 14 wizard, but it shows up as lvl 26 half the time on the avatar.

Second, alot of people have this problem I've noticed, the underwater baldness glitch. When close to the surface of the water, it shows up at odd angles, but any deeper, or at a different angle, she goes bald again. I saw a sticky post said to post a screen shot of it, or of what the original hairstyle was. It is happening to two of my characters, one on my other account's cleric, Soltaire; The other on this account, to Kertesz and CcnutShampoo, who share the same hairstyle and general look.

The Two haitstyles I have that are affected are on the characters on these two screenshots. I didnt take a shot of the glitched baldness.

Third...My friend's list has issues approving other people's requests. I can add people, and it works, but if they try to add me, I have to relog like 7 times and keep approving it over and over before it finally works, also, it occasionally says an online friend is offline, even if I'm talking to that person.

And last, every time I try to join a guild, I get this big system error the moment I click "Yes"/"Accept" and it kicks me off the game client, and I have to relog. Actually, all my glitches except the bald one started happening after the first guild glitch I had.

So, please, if you know anything to help, please help?

    For the bald glitch, please see the Stickie thread in the same forum you posted this one in. It is a known issue.

    For your other issues, try using Verifying on the game launcher screen.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
