Can't take screenshots

I love to take screenshots in games I play, so this is extremely aggravating for me. When I take a screenshot, it saves as solid black. Nothing else. Doesn't seem to matter what I do, they all save like this. What on earth is causing this and how can I fix it?

Try updating your video chipset's drivers.
If you are trying to save a screenshot in-game when not actually in-game playing (like character creation, etc), sometimes, it won't save those screenshots depending on your video settings and drivers.
When you press Prnt Scrn, the screens are saved in BMP format and put into the \Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\element\screenshots folder.
There are also other programs you can use for grabbing screenshots.
FRAPS (free version saves only in BMP format, shows FPS)
http://www.fraps.com/
Cropper (free version saves in BMP, JPG and other formats)

I can take screenshots but the folder for it is not there, I had to uninstall and re-download PWI Game Client to see if all of the proper folders are there in the c:drive under Program Files where PWI file is supposed to be and to no avail again. I have a Compaq Laptop (Brand New) Vista Basic bit-64. I'm not sure if my system is rejecting the folders under PWI Entertainment main's file. Is there a way to make sure that all files for PWI Entertainment is my C:driver's Program Files?0

Vista 64bit can be tricky.
Make sure that you installed the game to the C:\Games directory instead of the C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86) directory.
If you use one of the other programs like Cropper or FRAPS, you can choose where to save the screenshots to.Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

I got the same problem, everything worked fine until today. When i make screenshots... solid black! When i'm using Fraps to capture screens, the problem is temporarily fixed and screens work in Perfect World too. But after restarting the game they are black again, until i do this Fraps trick.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0
