Cant get the cultivation quest

So im lvl29,and when i went 2 check the skills i can upgrade,there was a skill that unlocks spark,but i needed 2 do a cultivation quest,i think it was called Heavens...yeah...so the problem is i didnt get that quest,it was supposed to pop-up,but it didnt,i also went to Taoist the one that gives the quest(atleast thats what my guildies said) but he didnt have the quest..so how do i get that quest?

    Have you completed your lvl 24 cultivation quests yet? You will need to do those first before you can start your lvl 29 ones.

    If you use the "Find Quest" button on your Quest Log (Press Q for Quest Log) you should be able to find out what spiritual cultivation quests you still need to do.
