Missing Thread

I had a thread up called "TW idea". It was here this morning but now it's gone. Do GMs/Mods just delete threads without moving them somewhere? When I checked the thread this morning, there was nothing in there that would warrant it being deleted or even moved. Very puzzled...

we tend to move them to the correct section and leave redirects. If I remember correctly I left a 3 hour redirect in general when I moved that, must have expired already b:thanks

If your looking to refer to a post you made just click on your name in the top right hand corner and from there you can click statistics and search for either all posts made by you or all threads made by you.

Ah -ty everyone. I wasn't aware that redirects had a 3 hr expiration- seen some redirects that seem to last for days. I saw the thread there with no redirect before I started delta, and when I came out it had already disappeared.

yeah they can last for a long or short time. I usually make short ones for active threads when I think the participants are on the forums and will see the move, of course I'm not always right about that b:surrender
