level 20 horse

hello i cant seem to find the level 20 horse that i can hatch for quicker travle can anyone direct me to where i can obtain this? i herd u get it from somewhere then pay the pet manager 20k to hatch it at level 20 can anyone also verify this info? would be greatly apprciated (:

    I'm guessing you mean the boutique ones. If so, then you have to buy then from the boutique. If you don't have gold, then you can buy one off another player, if you have enough money. I'm not sure what the exact price would be, but it's bound to be at least several million.

    The horses sold at the npc are 2 million coins. They are sold at... the pet manager I believe. Other than that, you can get mounts ranging from horses to raptors from the boutique for real money.

    Any mount once spurred, or double spurred reduces the level requirement to lvl 20.

    Be careful because some mounts like the Hellhound cannot be spurred and therefore have permanently high level requirements.
