Disconnect Error..

It's the second time it happend to me,i login and after a minute i get a dc,
last time it happend to me i couldn't play for about 2weeks..
now it's like that for 2days already...
how can i solve it?if there is a way..

    Please check out networking info advice, and contact your ISP and see if they have been doing any maintenance or have had outages.

    Sorry Darthpanda, your answer is extremely unsatisfactory.
    If you would care to look at the other posts (including mine) you would have seen that the trace stops at your US servers (border1.pc2-bbnet2.nyj001.pnap.net) tat belongs to the Atlanta based company internap, way out of the realm of our ISP (012 Smile).
