Question about clothes...

Hello I bought some zen the other day and I bought an outfit and heels, but I can't wear them until I'm level thirty which should be close thanks to the double exp weekend. :)

Anyways I was wondering as soon as I am thirty people are going to be able to pk me, so if I wear my clothes can I drop any clothes if I die from being pked?

What about if I'm pink?

What about if I'm red?

What is binding, and what are teddys?

Thanks! :) I just don't wanna lose my beautiful outfit haha :)

    If you're name is white, you don't lose anything. Binding, I'm not entirely certain of, but I'm pretty sure you need a binding stone or something from the boutique to do it. Some items, like charms, are bound automatically. Basically, it means that the item is stuck to you, and you won't lose it even if you die while red named.
    Edit: You can only bind equips. Probably should've included that before.

    Absoloutely everything can be dropped from your person when you are PK'd unless it says otherwise. Yes, even white names drop things; the chances are just incredibly low.

    Your fashion, your aerogear, everything... whether bought from the boutique or not, can be dropped unless you have it bound.

    The more red you are, the higher the chances that an item will drop.
    Also note, that if you buy the wardrobe feature, things can not be dropped when they are stored in your wardrobe.

    dont switch in pk at that lvl, belive me. you wouldn't be able to kill much other players ( only players at lvl 30 too maybe). U can start with PK at lvl 60. I bound for example my elven radiance (elven wings). And i have my crimson horn:soulsmasher in bank with +8 and 2 perfect garnet shards in it. That item will be bound automatically

    white- drop rate is 1% chance if item is in your inventory 0% if it is equiped.
    pink- you have small chance of dropping things from your inventory, still no chance of dropping equipment. by pink i mean you only fought back or attacked a red name or attacked a white name and he fought back
    light red to crimson- chance to drop anything and it increases as you get more red.
    0% chance of dropping bound things
    0% chance of dropping anything when you have a guardian angel/scroll in your inventory.

    As long as you dont intend to actually go kill white names who dont fight back your fashion is pretty safe.

    AWESOME. This is exactly what I needed to know. It sounds pretty safe then as long as im not red, so i guess when i start pking ill just buy one of those scrolls or bind my clothes, does that sound ok?

    I wonder, since you go pink temporarily if you fight (back) when white ... does that mean if you are already pink you go temporarily light red and therefore prone to drop equipped stuff?

    Anyways, on my PvP char I have all my fashion bound or in the bank. For that matter I don't have anything that I mind losing unbound.

    I'm pretty sure this is how it works.. I pk a ton and i have never seen a white name drop an equipped piece of fashion. If there is a chance it is extremly miniscule. Your fashion should be very safe if you just stay white. Personally i spent most of my life pink from trying to bait people and the most i lose from this is like pots... (making many stacks of "1 iron bolt" in your inventory really helps not dropping potions lol) To the guy that said he did drop equips when pink or white, where you just pink from fighting someone or killing a red? If you were white then thats something ive never eard or seen. But in anycase the chance for dropping fashion while white or pink is like .001% if not zero. Though if you get a nice flyer i suggest binding that

    That urks me then...
    I dropped my equipped necklace one time.
    Maybe I am mistaken and at the time I had just killed some KoS or something and gone light red without realizing it.
    That or a bug... b:shutup
    I honestly don't think I've ever been more than pink.

    I dropped about 30 high mats once. I was white-named bleh b:sad
