Me Vote For Magic Wand! =O lol or maybe a wand sword?

I might have this flipped around but I think magic swords have less of a damage range then wands. Which makes it more reliable.

It is the other way around xD

Wands offer the most stable damage but has the lowest MATK among all magic instruments. Although Glaives offer the highest max magic damage, it also has the lowest min. magic damage. A lot of clerics use magic sword (probably Grief's breath) because it offers +10 vit and magic swords do offer stable attack (not as stable as wands but not as unstable as glaives xD)

The TT path for wands also stops at 80, so anyone planning towards a lvl 90TT sword, it makes more sense to stick with swords at 70 to be on the right path.

I went with the Legendary 70 weapon, Sakyamuni's Light, because it had the highest max damage. I don't know if being a Veno has anything to do with it, but I do look for the highest damage in any weapon I choose because it means two things: 1. My damage will be higher and 2. my heal on my pet will be better for it.

I used the wand for 7x because it isn't expensive and its pretty good, plus reselling it 10 lvls later for like the same price will help lower costs.

At 8x just buy/farm a griefs breath and decomp for endless ambiguity it or craft/buy a glaive.

    easy. :p

Most go with swords because of the path it takes in TT. Usually by the time TT90 comes around, I've found many go either Wraith Conquerer or hop over to glaive line. Also, magic sword route gives access to Warsoul class weapon, ✩✩Sinrabansho.

When it comes down to statistics the wand has been proven better, as a cleric most skill damages or effects are based of the lowest end magic attack, so having a weapon that makes u have 5000-6000 magic attack is better then one with 4000-7000.

I used the Gold TT80 wand myself and a brilliant perk is knowing how much I would do in pk, because the damage gap is close the damage is consistant.

Agreed, but I think it partly does depend on the cleric carrying the weapon, if you are more of a support cleric then you don't ' really' need a high attack rate on your weapon.

Then again, as a DD in a squad it's a good idea to choose a weapon which will give a maximum amount of damage to go with your buff and de-buff skills. In that light I would choose for a sword like Sakyamuni's light.

Lol love magic swords, and your wondering why? Well to start out, usually have good magic attacks on them, plus you can attack without spells too. Three, looks cooler a lot of the time b:chuckle

Oh and wands, I think they have less magic? But yeah.. Magic swords is like a two-in-one package, a sword and a wand for the same value/price! b:victoryb:cute
