FB 69 confusion

I am hearing a ton of different things from people right now. My question is pretty simple; I got the first tab but people said I needed to be 70 to get the other two. I am now 70 but can't figure out how to get the next two tabs. The people I have spoken with say Wraith Hunter and now some are saying 71 while others are saying 70 but you need quests done.

What is correct? Please explain in detail what to do to get the other two tabs. Also, please don't send me a quicklink to the guide page. I have examined it and am still confused b:cry

    You need to finish your 202020, aka 20x3. It is a quest which involves killing 60 monsters in fb69 (3 diff mobs, 20 times). Yes, it sounds stupid, but you have to clear half the dungeon twice with a 202020 unwined squad before you do your actual fb70.

    Yeah, 20/20/20 sucks horribly. Both the LA and HA rewards for the FB70 quest are pretty nice though.
