Where to create my character?!?!?!? HELP! PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Okay, I feel really stupid, cuz I have never had this problem before. I made an account 3 days ago, and I haven't even started playing yet because I can't freakin make a character!!!! Where do I go to create a character?

I can't even PLAY the game because I have no character!

    Log-in

    Create Character

    Have you patched it? If not download the patches, or simply click the shortcut
    and let the client do the patching, which will usually take a while longer.

    I downloaded the game, and that took forever, was that the client?

    oh, okay. thats opened. This little window popped up and I am updating something... not sure what....

    Yes, that is the game.

    Once it is done updating, you click start - log in - and create.

    You're updating the client, that'll take a while, when it's done
    a start button will become available in the "little window".

    Click the start button and the rest should be easy.^^

    1. Have you downloaded the game from the website? ***Make sure the game you are downloading is for the Operating System you are using. This link will take you to where you can download it. If you downloaded it, go to step #2. Note: You may have to install it again due to you haven't completely downloaded the content.

    2. Have you downloaded the game but have yet to install it? ***Do a search on your computer for pwi_Downloader_v166_XP Note: There maybe a new version out and you may not run XP therefore the file I listed may not match yours. Basically, just search your hard drive with the key words, PWI

    3. Do you have the game shortcut on your desktop? Double click on it and wait for it to come up, click on Start tab. Sign in and click on the tab called create.

    4. If you didn't create a shortcut, then search your program files, normally wherever you install your games or programs. ***Create a shortcut of the game to your desktop when you find the .exe file.

    If all else fails, get a grown up or an experienced computer person around you to help you with these steps.
