Where do I get a Fairy..?

I started playing a few days ago, I was on my lvl7 cleric at the time, at some point I got a fairy, I'm not too sure how since I was not paying attention, if a quest I did gave that as a reward I would like to know what quest, anyway.. while I was playing our internet got cut off for 15min give or take, when it was back I logged on, and my account was wiped clean. I didn't really mind since I only had a lvl 7 but when I did everything in the same order I have yet to get a fairy.

Sorry if this got off track, but if my account getting wiped something that might happen again I would like to know how I can prevent it.

    You get one from a quest given by the Watcher of the Earth. Not sure at what level though. Also, it's a genie, not a fairy.

    Don't see how your account could have been wiped by a disconnect. All information is stored on their servers, not on your computer.

    You account was probably not wiped clean. It's just possible you did not log back into the same server as you initially joined (dreamweaver, harshlands, lost city etc)

    You can get a genie (fairy's real name) at a watcher of the earth NPC at any lvl, even lvl 1. This NPC is easy to recognize because he has a glowing pillar of light on him, and he's usually near the elder in town

    And you can get your Genies at Level 1.

    I've been playing on the same server, I have yet to try another one.
