    Never missing is different than always doing damage. Any skill can not miss and still be resisted by a spark. I would assume it's the same scenario.

    Demon lightning would still hit waterboy.


    And I think that it would hit but it wouldn't do any damage.

    Wings of Protection would "Resist" a Demon Lightning Strike, the strike would not "Miss".

    It would cause a tsunami, that would crash, casuuing a tornado, the would burst a cloud forming a monsoon, then flood, a the water would hit electrical devices and shock the entire world...Then spoons will come and fix it.

    If there something which cant be move its not possible for something which can be move and vice versa, cause neither exist, but there is the spoon that can do anything XD
