Quick Question - Endgame Helm [near endgame]

Never really thought about it really, but what is the ideal Helm for the barb? Like near endgame helmets.

I see a lot of higher level barbs with Aqua Viciousness.... but that's not it... is it?

    There are few options, depending on what you call endgame.

    If endgame for you is 90-95, then this would a be good helmet:
    http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/20326 - It's the Old HT helmet, you need farm special mats and you get a random bonus. You only need level 1 tailor to make it also, so if you get lucky with a decent stats that's a endgame helmet.
    If you are rich, you could get the HH90 gold helmet, (it's only grade 11 and the Old HT is grade 12 = more hp bonus if you refine the Old HT helmet):

    If your endgame is 95+, this would be the helmet for you:

    IMO, don't get the gold helmet, get mastadone rings instead and use the Old HT helmet until you get to 95..

    I'm level 70. I can't get it anyway. It still is cool though. Unlike helm of aqua foolsihness, which is not really worth as much as it goes for. I found regular 2/3* with a hell of a lot better stats.

    It's not just level requirement. It's a reward helm that's inaccessable even if you're high lvl.

    There's this more common, accessable TT helm. Not nearly as good, of course.b:chuckle

    wrong. You can access it, if u put enough work in it (it's true that's it's insane amount of work), but old unicorn forest is accessible (to lvl 90s+). As well as the anniversary packs have a chance to get the helmet (similar chance to frost/lunar weapons)

    It's accessible with the last event. Farming this helmet takes around 6 months to be honest, since map2 is really annoying.

    I just saw someone wearing the forests wisdom, and was wondering how you do get it. I hit level 92 the other day and would like to start working towards it, Im currently wearing the hh80 helmet which isn't bad, but that other one it nice.

    from the packs =D.. u get that helm of holy punishment from the anniversary pack. exhcange to forest wisdom helm, and praay for good sockets ( 2-3 = 3600. 3-4= 12000)
    got mine only 2 sock. 2 +10 vit shards and +5. rdy for when i hit 95 lol

    Is there any other way to get that helmit besides the event? Cause if not I imagine IM sticking with the HH80 for a LONG time.
