Req's for HH90 Green Light set?

I was wondering what the str and dex req's for the HH90 green light set are? I heard this is the best armor for wizzies, so I just wanna know when I should stop being LA and go pure int, and of course that depends on when I can wear the hh90 set.

    You'll farm the mats from HH90, 2-3 and 3-1 if I'm not mistaken.

    94 str 94 dex.
    Robes are the best for wizzies 90+ though, your mentors are dumbasses :[

    Pandora's guide is not bad, it's the other side of the coin. Might have more downs than a full int, but it's not totally ****.

    He's absolutely right about LA pre-90 but he didn't really consider the damage difference at that point.
