    Brilliant Plumes from the Anniversary Packs, very rare afaik, so unless your rich, you'd be better off waiting for them to come into the cash shop.

    Just wait a couple of weeks/months. Theyll come out in the cash shop. People wasted hundreds of dollars trying to get a scarlet ninetails mount and now look what happens.

    lol ^^ you can use normal wings at lvl 1....so they should technically be lvl 1 requirement b:cute but yes. they are pretty....though I actually prefer less bulky wings. I am soon getting Elven Radience for both my cleric and archer fully hasted. I like the looks of them.... it's just a shame they are one of the slower wings

    I like Iredesence, but I don't know how they are acquired either

    b:cute Don't like them. I prefer more classic (Watcher of the Skies) then flashy one. Looks like one i would buy for my Barbie...but then i never had Barbies...wait i had some but i rather played with my consoles. Oh well actually i hate pink :P
    Anyway i suppose they cost like 25mil? I saw only one so far on our Server
    If i m trolling and spamming on forum...then i cant sleep and need a good laugh
