Bought $50 zen and didn't receive it

is gold and zen the same thing? Whats the dollar value to zen? If i go buy a prepaid card from like say Target will I have issues accessing it? This is the 2nd thread I've seen today with people having issues getting to their zen.

They are the same thing: You buy them as Zen and it is called Gold in-game.

You enter in the code and then transfer to the server. If you are in-game and transfer, then you have to re-log for the Gold to show up on your character.

Most of the issues arise from people not transferring them to the server and then not re-logging if they are in game.

The cards are not sold online. You do have to go to one of the stores or call them in order to see if your local store has any.

ok. i bought the cards but my email is old, its the wrong 1 i had 2 get a new one due to a house fire. so if some1 can contact me and let me reset my email plz

I went through the online game billing page, instead of buying the pre-paid cards. And I spent $50 through the PayPal system. When am I going to receive my zen? My bank has already been charged, PayPal has already given me a receipt of payment within mins of me charging it from my bank. However it's been almost a day, and still I don't have money. I heard rumors that 7/11 stores are phasing the pre-paid cards out, and I went to three of them where I live and none had. That's why I decided to use the zen transfer on billing page.
I have picked the correct server, I have tried to transfer zen to my pwi acct (can't transfer 0 zen), I have tried to not only log in and out of the "my wallet" page but also pwi game itself. Hoping that it would fix the problem. Please give me advice on what else I can do?

If the payment status says "payment review" you just need to wait 24 hours for PayPal's additional review to complete. This shouldn't happen every time you make a purchase so just have to wait it out and when the review is done, your ZEN will automatically be awarded if the payment clears.
