Sorry if this would be a noob question but I was wondering since I never spurred or maxed a mount before... when the land mount stats is Normal Speed 10 / Fast Speed 11 ms, does that mean if I spurr it it would go from Normal Speed 11 / Fast Speed 11, or is this doesnt need to be spurred? and same goes for fly mounts NSpeed 3 / FSpeed 5 (5/5 maxed, or 3/5 is already maxed?) thanks.

Mounts do not have a "speed up" option like fly mounts. Any mount that starts lvl 0 at 10 will gain .1 speed until it reaches lvl 11. Fly mounts on the other hand have the speed up option (which consumes chi stones like genies to refil) so the second number is only for speed mode, normal mode will be maxed at 3.5 with widgits and they do not level to gain base speed.

Thanks, I just thought about it and am not home to verify the speeds but I appreciate it.

For clarity, I should also note that "mounts" refers to ground-based transportation.

All the modes of flight are collectively "aerocraft".

The term "flying mount" is a colloquial term and an unfortunate misnomer.

    Thanks for that poison.

Aerogear is the general term, and the three races use aerobeasts, aerocraft, and.... aerowings? Can't check ingame at the moment.

Would be nice if people actually used these terms more often though.
