Explain Force of Will/Sop whisper use plz, b/c Sop blows

4 second sleep, liked it until i remembered the minute that you hit them they wake up...so why the hell would you waste the time to sleep then hit them once, when you could just start by hitting them?

And force of will's best use...help me out I just haven't used it.

I heard something about wiz being able to stunlock, but I don't buy it.

    and u got to 90 without SW? U don't PK/PvP/Duel or TW much don't you, or if you do you're not really good at it?

    a short answer to your question will look like this: RTFM

    But I'm not known for short answers so, here we go:

    FoW is a great skill. PvP without it is almost impossible for a wizz.
    What is it good for? ... read the skill description.

    SW - 4 second sleep, instant cast.
    What is it good for? ... read the skill description

    Now , you asked for explanations how to use:
    PvP:
    - you hit first -> nuke-FOW-hit-hit-SW-nuke.
    - opponent hit first and you're not stunned/sleep -> FOW-hit-hit-SW-nuke.
    - survived a stun/sleep? FOW-hit-hit-SW-nuke.
    "hit-hit" can be replaced with a "spark-nuke", as the second nuke after SW will also be in the spark amp range. Pretty much puts every class ( except high HP barbs) to dust.

    PvE:
    - FoW will make the mob run. Works in cube challenge quests, works on normal mob quests, works on FB19 and 29 bosses, works on every mob in TT/FBs.
    - SW - if you're ganked, 4 sec sleep will buy you the time to ether kill one and focus on second or put some distance between you and mob.


    PS: BTW, is HT PvE?

    Bladestorm lets you spin around like a carnival ride and do damage. Not using it is almost like having a move called Confetti Rocket Power Leap and saving it for "emergencies"

    Yeah I'll admit I suck at this game, it's my first MMO and I kinda have a life so I'm surprised I even hit 90 at all, just trying to figure it out.

    Btw wiz sucks **** at PvP at lvl 79 still

    First the mob runs away, then they have to run all the way back to hit you. It buys you a crazy amount of time, especially if you throw in a Gush to slow down the return trip.

    Also wizards turn decent at PvP at level 59. As soon as I got essential sutra I can kill bms and archers. (although that might just be my skills since I have horrible gear) Can't kill venos head on. Also can't kill Clerics or barbs yet though. b:bye

    Pretty sure wizards can't stun lock though o.O' we only have 2 stopping skills. FoW and SW. (T.T)' (dam I wuv FoW)

    server is irrelevant, I've seen a few good mages there(cheaper, sheswes): this is just one of the many failmages that haunt every server
