Missing items from wardrobe.

Hi, curious to see if anyone else has had a problem with missing items from their wardrobe. I had 3 items go missing, and in their place are duplicates of items I already have. I submitted a ticket, but figure might get help this way also. I really hope I can get my items I am missing. I want my white chipao back!! Little added info, I switch items just before server maintenance. The last items I wore before I switched items before maintenance was my white chipao and black yakata shoes. And the items that replaced those were copies of the items I put on. Summer Camp blouse, shoes and skirt wrap.

    Can you guys tell us the times, dates, servers, and character that you have the issues with?

    Also, please list what items are affected, and what was changed.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    K, I noticed the items missing on friday I think. Same day I made my original forum posts asking for help. Am on heavens tear. Tuesday, sometime before maintenance, I was wearing a white chipao, black yakata shoes and a lavender summer camp skirt. I then changed into a lavender sunshine blouse, lavender skirt wrap, and lavender sunshine shoes. I then put the chipao, yakata shoes, and summer camp skirt back into my wardrobe. I went to change outfits again, few days later and noticed the chipao, yakata shoes and summer camp skirt were gone, and instead I had 2 sunshine blouses, 2 sunshine shoes and 2 skirt wraps. This happened on my level 50 cleric.

    Just checking in to see if anything is being done about this. I submitted a ticket, and no one has gotten back to me as of yet. Just want to see if I will get my items back, and get this bug fixed before it happens to someone else.
