Legendary Moulds?

Hey i know how you can exchange dragon orders for moulds, but it seems that the ones you can get from the dq npcs are for weps and armour >lvl50. How can you get lower lvl legendary moulds without paying for them at cat shops?

    Molds have a small chance of dropping from certain bosses (and even rarer from a few normal mobs).

    Ah okay...

    I no this is a bit of a broad question, but what would be the price range for a lvl 30 legendary crossbow mold?

    Probably more expensive than most molds. It's a pretty rare mold and your best bet would be to run Rebirth and try to get it that way. I'm guessing that's what this mob is... http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/mob/13536
