edit: i managed to click it already, now it pops out a perfect armament chest - Level 10 and another item Phantom Blade(1) ...what is phantom blade for? i cant seem to use it...its contects are :-

what and how do i use the Phantom Blade?

Even I would have thought that much was obvious, but you may not realise that there are even mailboxes around. Ok, go the nearest MAILBOX, it will be near a banker and will now have a shield over it denoting a quest is available. Click on it and select quest, you will get the quest for a weapons, the flag above the mailbox will now turn into the quest completed triangular flag. So click on it again and select quest, it will give you a choice of weapons, select the one suitable for YOUR class.

So hammer for Blademaster/Barbarian, magic sword for Veno/Wizard or Longbow for Archer. Have fun.
