New player looking for English speaking guild!

Hi!
I'm new to this game, and considering making a healer or a venomancer. Not quite sure which one yet. I need an active and helpful guild (server doesnt matter) that is mature and LGBT friendly.

My hours are pretty varied, but my timezone is GMT +1, and I'm 22 years old.
I used to play Lineage 2 (for 5 years), so I'm not new to the genre.
I know most people just start playing somewhere and look for a good guild meanwhile, but I tend to find the guild first, because finding good guilds can be like finding a diamond in a mountain of rocks. (Aweful analogy, I know =P)

So yah.. Anyone out there feel like recruiting me?
