Error message when launching game

i get a wierd, un readable error message . it is in characters and not the alphabet, i cannot read it, i get the same message for jade dynasty, my game wont launch at all... how do i fix this? i took a screenshot of the message sence i cannot say spacificaly what it means... please someone reply this post

    may b graphic driver not updated
    may b ur GFX card not supported
    may b u using virtual machine

    i dont know how, but mine seems to have fixed its self, so that wierd error u cant read... stil baffled, but im happy mine works now b:laugh
