Account balance too low

When i try to sell gold it says: Your account balance is too low lvl. so apparently i have to make an account but how do i do that

    I think it costs 2 silver to sell 1 gold.
    1 gold = 100 silver

    Edit: There's no way to sell silver that I'm aware of (well, except for buying items that cost silver and selling them directly to other players).

    but i do have gold, i put 10 gold ( i have 20) and the fee was 20 sivler ( i have 25), but i read that you have to make a auction house account or something like that, but how do i do that?

    for future reference.

    When you deposit gold or cash to sell or buy from gold merchant you must make sure you deposit sufficient funds to pay the service charge as well as the amount you want to buy/sell.
