Deleting a character?

I hit the wrong button and ended up making 2 bladmasters and want to delete one of them.

I hit the delete function key on the character create screen but the character still shows. I have the option to re-do (remake??) but I can't find how to delete completely it so I can reuse the name and free up the slot!!

    Wait 7 days for the character to be deleted.

    it takes like a week for it to undo. That gives you time to change your mind
