Custom emotes/skill actions

Okay, for players level 60+ they should be able to go to a place on the website (In-game wouldn't work) and download an anim8or file and create a custom emote/skill action. It would be available to all of their characters. The skill action wouldn't be a new skill, just make an already know skill look different. There would need to be a downloadable character template and all files submitted would need to be checked for content. The emotes/skill actions could also be traded between players, but be deleted if necessary by the player owning them. Thanks to BearClaw, best GM ever but only paid 5lbs. of potatoes/hour, for urging me to share my ideas with the PWE team. Give her a raise for crying out loud!

and what about us players that are LV 59 and under? We want custom emots to you know....

Those players 59 and under are going to have to lose out. It's not to be mean, it's a benefit for more advanced players and if levels 1s and 2s made custom emotes, it would be a disaster and the servers would crash. End of story.

They will still be able to take part in the trading/sharing part of it.
