Log in Problems

since the newest patch i havent been able 2 log in

i waited till after they got the servers back up last night

gives me the message couldnt be found then when i try and log in imediatly tells me that i cnt connect to the server

all servers r -- on ping

anybody help?

    Traceroute to pwieast1.perfectworld.com and post results it's starting to sound like there may be a backbone issue somewhere.

    so should i send ticket sounds like alot of people got this problem can i get a gm here?

    You can submit a ticket but it might be an issue somewhere between you and PWE so it's best to include the traceroute in the ticket so they can see if there is any sort of issue.
