NOTICE: East Coast Servers - Network Restart @ 5:05pm PST

Hello everyone b:victory

We have been working to find a solution for the current connectivity issues with the East Coast Servers.

To remedy this situation we will be restarting the associated network for East Coast servers at 5:05pm Pacific Standard Time!

This reset should take no more than 20 minutes. As always we appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter. We look forward to seeing you all back in-game real soon!

After the restart we will be offering one hour of Double EXP on these two servers immediately after they come back up!

East Coast Servers:
Harshlands
Dreamweaver

West Coast servers will not be affected by this restart!
Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    This cant be only on the east coast servers cuz i live in hawaii and i cant transfer my zhen to the sanctuary server. Everytime i click the link i get an internal 500 error. I hit refresh but i get nothing.

    It is 11 pm Eastern Time and the servers are STILL down... wow. This sucks. I need a fix and I need it right now!

    I would not be using the forum to report a technical issue except for the fact that the technical issue is that the support and billing pages are BOTH having problems.
    From 6pm PST until 9pm PST, I was unable to get into either:
    http://billing.perfectworld.com/charge
    http://support.perfectworld.com/ticketing
    As of 9:10pm, I still cannot access http://support.perfectworld.com/ticketing, but now there's a new problem at http://billing.perfectworld.com/charge in that it goes there, but even with my account having a level 20 character (and also a level 8), says that I can't recharge Zen because at least one of my characters must be level 10. I have used Zen before (over $100 worth) and have not deleted the level 20 character. What gives?
    And the http://support.perfectworld.com/ticketing and /chat are both still not working.
    Earlier, I was getting both error 500 messages and javascript object missing error messages. I am in Northern California and use the Dreamweaver server.
    So, how do we report problems with the support and billing servers when the chat/ticketing and support servers don't work? I was expecting to see a notice at http://www.perfectworld.com/ about these server problems. If PWI is aware of them, then they should tell users on the main page "yes, we know we are experiencing technical difficulties with such and such"

    I must bust on u GM and developers or whoever is trying to fix the Eastern server connection issues because I understand you are trying to fix the issue, however, the most recent patch.. you have actually caused around a 4 second delay between activating a buff and seeing the buff ingame.. even when doing skill atks, it sometimes doesn't work unless I click it a few more times than usual.. I can smell this game doing downhill because fixing issues you create more and when you create more issues you have to make patches for those mistakes and the chain never ever will end.. this always happens to free games.

    I have a feeling someone is going to say "Nobody is making you play this game" just to be stupid..
