Zen Transfer Not Just East Coast

I'm on Lost City Server (west coast) and I'm having this problem with the wallet page as well.. I've been auto-pathing my WQ for the last 2 hours while trying to transfer my zen and restoring the page.. it has not worked for me... I was just wondering if the west coast servers are going to have to be reset as well or if this is a whole different issue and what is being done to fix it?...

    i have the same problem, i'm in heaven's tear server and can't transfer my zen into game, actually can't get on "my wallet" and even can't get support page =(.

    whats going on for PWI ??????

    Same here, I got ZEN today and now I want it on the game, I'm also using Lost City server. I, like the above posters, cannot get to the support page(s). What is the problem?

    Issue is known the engineers are working on it. Should hopefully be fixed by the time the servers are back to normal.

    Same here no transfer/support/wallet.....We can pay but can't have the gold?

    Im getting that its not just east coast servers that its all servers affected cuz im in sanctuary and i cant get into my wallet either. Im just guessing there having problems all over. I didnt even notice but they had an update last night and im wondering if that may have cause the problems.

    thank you MOD for you answering me.. I've takin the time while doing WQ to go through and read other threads... I know that it happens, just hoping that this issue is resolved soon so that I can access my gold... I'm sure that its just as much of a headache for you (PWI crew) as it is for us cashshoppers

    so that people can quit flooding the forums with "I can't recharge zen" and "I can't contact support" messages.

    Also, an estimate of (what day?) the servers will be 'back to normal' would be nice.
    It might also be nice to customers to see a notification on the main page whenever the Zen charge/transfer problems and chat/ticketing problems are finally fixed, so they can know it's worth bothering to try buying Zen again.

    And me with only 80 silvers left inworld. Well, if they want more money, I'm sure they're working on fixing it as fast as they can.

    on a side note, it says I edited this at 8:35, but it's really 9:35 where I am. Where does this get the time from?

    A lot of people are working on the zen transfer, website, and servers issues right now.

    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    I don't really think the game software update would have much to do with why we can't access the web page for http://billing.perfectworld.com/charge
    Just guessing though. Maybe related software changes broke it all.

    I got into my wallet but Im on two servers (Sanctuary and Dreamweaver) and its only letting me transfer zen to Sanctuary
