Can confirm zen charge

I dont know what the problem is but its starting to annoy me since it said it should be fixed after the restart of the two east coast servers. they are working fine for me but I still can't confirm my zen charge can someone please help me

    I dont know whats goin on either.. havent seen an update on the situation at all for hours... I've been trying to "just keep trying to refresh the page" idea an lucky for me I had two world quests to do, last nights and todays, so I can just autopath but unlucky for me this has been to no prevail.. I would like an update on this to know if they're even working on it tonight so that I'm not wasting my time as well... ^edit^ but I do understand **** happens.. just would like to know if I should even bother trying to open my wallet over and over and over...

    Im have same problem.Im mad....It the first time I purchase zen and i cant charge it to the server.The charge button give me a blank page....and the support button same thing.
    Im receipt the e-mail from Perfect World PayByCash Processor (no-reply@pwrd.com)that confirm the pay is ok:

    The link to the ticketing sistem same damn problem..dont work.

    Still no transfer or wallet or ticketing system? Any update at all?

    Unfortuanetly the servers are not 100% yet at this time they are a bit unstable. After that is fixed the website should return to normal also. Please look here for further info.
