    after server reset at 8:05pm est I attempted to log back in at around 8:40 and had no problem, then was dc. I have been unsuccessful at logging back in since then. It now tells me that account is already logged on. Any help here?!

    I seem to be having the same issues as the others. I have tried rebooting, and I know I have added the pwprotector.exe, patcher.exe, launcher.exe and elementclient.exe as exceptions in my firewall. I am using Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 (Trial). I also seem to be having the same problems with selecting my avatar. (See screenshot below)

    This is the "select your avatar" page which doesn't load:

    Technical issues? If so, I hope they will be fixed as soon as possible.

    I am having the same problem. After hours I finally got the game to update, but now when I try to log in it says "unable to connect to server" or "server network error". b:sad

    I have been having the same thing, and i am in harshlands what is not letting me log in? please help meb:sadb:cry
