File " elementskill.dll" corrupted

I get on this morning and try to download the patch. All goes well until it hits the file "elementskill.dll" . I tried manual and also tried downloading a mirror and always the same file with the corrupted file message. I see that other people in the forums are obviously having no trouble with this, can someone please help me or give any helpful suggestions?

    LOL, i turned my computer off and back on and now it works! Now I feel like an idiot for posting this. But why should turning my PC off and restarting cure this problem. I don't understand it but I'm happy all the same.

    Sometimes if you have been doing a lot of stuff on your PC, or have left it on awhile (or hibernating/sleeping it instead of shutting it down), you can get all kinds or "anomalies".

    Rebooting can be magical. It is the #1 thing for tech support b:victory
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
